Cons
The robot doesn't pick up silt, instead it runs back and forth to fast and ends up disturbing the surrounding area and sending the silt back up into the pool water. Emailed customer service a week ago with no response.

Have been using for about a month, very impressed with this unit.
And easy of use, you just flick the switch drop it in the pool and go, that's also 5 stars.
Within a month, water leaked in during use, despite the rubber gasket being closed tightly.
The product was dried thoroughly for over 48 hours no charge was ever successful afterward.

Value for money and product quality is very nice.

Shipping
I received and used this on may 25th for the first after following the instructions to charge it etc.
15 i received a replacement refurbished unit right away.
Had a problem with my se, email customer service and was sent a replacement without too much trouble,verry happy with their service.
Packaging/appearance
It came assembled out of the box except for a clip on brush.
Competitiveness
If those things don't matter to you than this is the one to get and you don't have to spend over $1k on bigger brands.

Its mostly plastic people and it does feel cheap but i think it might be to not damage pool liners with heavier components thats just my thought

Now with navigation i would think it would only take about 15 to 20 mins

I would prefer navigation on this unit as less run time would add to the life of the unit and i would pay a little more for that feature

After it cleaned the pool completely in 50 mins i let it keep going to see how long it would go it lasted 106 mins

I took it out let it dry for a few hours then charged it
