Pros
Robot vacuum picks up leaves and debris from the bottom of the pool. Quick charge, easy to clean, and battery light indicators are a nice touch.
Customer service is a rock star! This product rocks! Bought this as a gift for a friend. I am super impressed with how well it did. Will update on progress.
Cons
The machine moves so fast and sometimes in the same directions that it stirs up the dirt barely catching fine dirt at all. It also continuously drops 1/2 of what it vacuumed up whenever we go to remove it from the pool. Stalls out on pool walls.
Buyer beware. What a rip off. Save yourself the grief.
The product is a ripoff. Upon opening the package, it feels noticeably plastic and rather cheaply made.

Cleaner works great, it picks up everything in the pool, much better than doing it with the hose vacuum
If i hadn't had a problem with the cleaner it would be a 5 star rating.

I was so excited to receive this robotic pool vacuum cleaner hoping that it would be a solution to my having to drag out hoses to manual clean the pool bottom

My pool is a kidney shape and found that it wanted to continuously clean the same area even after making adjustments per the manual

When it bumps against the pool wall it tends to float a bit to square itself up to the wall and repeats the same cleaning track

They called the company…tremendous support…when still not working they shipped him a completely new one with new warranty

In original configuration it had a single steering rudder on one end to help it arc across the pool and get coverage of the pool bottom

With our above ground 16x32 oval pool even after trying several adjustments of the steering rudder it didnt curve enough in its cleaning arc across the pool bottom and would frequently get stuck at one end of the pool and just go back and forth in a small area
