Pros & Cons
Pros

It does a fantastic job crawling to the pool floors and walls. Picks up everything from acorns to leaves, to sand sediments. With winter coming on this is an added bonus being able to keep the pool spotless.
Single charge lasts for 3 hours and saves pool pump running time. Only thing even close to a concern is, you have to retrieve the machine when it finishes/needs charging.
Cons
Imagine un-plugging your phone from it’s charging cord, then sending it to the bottom of a pool with a loose fitting gasket to keep water out. This cleaner is superb, when it works. It trips gfi's as soon as plugged in.
Customer service is horrific. There’s a 2-year warranty but they “process” you to death. The aiper seagull pro customer service is so bad.
