Pros

The scuba s1 offers 4 different preset cleaning modes. It uses a sequential rather than random cleaning pattern so the entire pool is cleaned. I wish the cleaning brush on the bottom was a bit thicker or at least stiffer to brush loose debris.

Great suction, easy to clean and use. The suction is adequate for most items it encounters including silt from the well pump. The only known limitation is that it won't clean the walls like some corded robot versions.

Pays for itself after the first few uses. First, the device is heavier than the cheaper brand.

Cons

This company is not worth the hassle. Failed within 6 months. Just made it under the manufacturer 1yr warranty. In my experience, it barely lasts an hour. The 1 year warranty is useless.

Cleaner does an ok job when working but never gets 100% of the debris from my smallish in-ground pool. The filter is a plastic mesh that does not catch the smallest particles. You can get burnt from either. I strongly recommend to avoid this pool vacu... Read More

This thing works much better than the polaris 360 that came with the pool 25 years ago.

This was less $ than a new polaris and works better.
