I had some questions right away as i saw some pop ups and i sent email to customer service and i got very prompt replies.
Came in 4 days early so for i think it's a great product.
It took a long time to come in but i really like its speed and function.
Packaging/appearance
As shown in the photo, i can pick it up easily with only one hand, which means i can take it with me conveniently during my business trips.
Competitiveness
I was initially skeptical about purchasing a lesser-known brand for a laptop, but this device completely exceeded my expectations!
I wish the volume was a bit better, but overall for the price and quality of the laptop in general u cant beat it.
