Quality
Completely improved the quality of fish (caught by fishing) for sashimi.
Great procedure to perform to have better, fresher tasting fish.
I haven’t had a chance to use this item yet, but it seems like it will be sturdy and will perform as indicated.
I wasn’t sold on this but it works well and fast and feels much more humane to the fishy critters to go fast rather than slowly suffocating
Price
Although a little expensive for what it is, it's among the cheapest available.

Seems like the spinal cord part of the ike jime is a little lower on the diminishing returns curve the fish struggles during the fight and im sure many of its distasteful stress chemical are released then not sure that destroying the cord adds much to the meat quality given how unpleasant a process that is
