Pros

After posting my review customer support contacted us right away. Received it two days later. Love the easy use of aiper. Some reviews say it breaks down after 3 mtgs.

This bad boy saves me about 3-5 hours a week. It cleans super good but the quality of the housing is a little low. Had a battery problem and a replaced unit with no hassle.

It is self propelling and covers the whole bottom of the 21 ft pool. My pool is 12 foot x 24 foot, and it cleans the entire bottom in that time. Bought this pool hoover for our pool. Cleans my entire pool 6’ to 3’.

Cons

Aiper only replaces with a remanufactured device. Battery is fried after 5 months use. It was melted on top & inside.

The solar powered skimmer does not work at all. It simply lacks any useable * to move it over anything.

Absolutely love thisit works perfectlycleans out easily and charges pretty quick.

Get stuck on the round sides, doesn't hold a charge, small amount of sand picked up when it does.

It was charging and in use two days ago and just stopped working or charging the next day.

Replied fast and got me fixed up very quickly!

Had a problem with mine after a few months, customer service was fast and caring, sent a replacement unit immediately.

Update: i contacted customer service and they have been amazing.
