I write notes and appointments in on the calendar portion of one and the other i leave blank

This will be the one i leave blank since the calendar space is a bit cramped due to the details about each subject taking up a good bit of space to the right of the calendar section

My only qualm is that the megalodon is for october i would have love to see a more spookyhalloweeny monster for that month
