Quality hardware and the nylon is comfortable.
Bought to replace old band on my seiko blends nicely with the black dial face and stainless steel case i recommend buying one
Running, biking, and everything else has gotten my old canvas band pretty funky, even with the occasional wash.
But that is a trivial and personal thing and should not detract from the overall quality of this watch band.

Like others i found the inside end to be very scratchy

I had to sand down some of the rough edges on the inside of the band

The seams underneath by the spring bars are welded and the melted plastic edges were scratching up my wrist

Ive had the other zulu style bands that consist of one piece so the band runs between the back of the watch and your wrist
