I really like the single layer, slip through design; it looks very clean and minimalist— perfect for the chandler’s vintage military *. Very happy with this purchase.
The buckle works well and the strap loops fold flat after tucking the free end. Seems to be durable, hasn't started fraying yet. The only problem is that it is a very long strap.

It was difficult to tuck the strap down tight enough to get the spring pins to pop it

I had to use jewelers screwdrivers to push the strap and pin tips down into the recesses on the back of the watch collars to get the pins to pop in place

I knocked off 2 stars on installation because i had to use a retractable razor knife to slice a nice tapered profile on the heat sealed area to remove the uncomfortable burr

There is a sharp piece of fused nylon protruding from one edge of the band near the loop which will need some attention to make it comfortable
