Pros
My granddaughter loves the personalized pillow. Was nice and full while still being soft. I am surprised and absolutely thrilled with how cuddly and soft this insert is!
The pillow cases fit my 29x27 pillow shams perfectly. Don't be alarmed when you receive it & it looks too small (they compress the pillows for shipping) the seller gives accurate measurements also!
Cons
Pillows measure a scant 13 x 13, not the advertised 14 x 14. Not 15x15. Over priced. Not at all plush.
There simply isn't enough stuffing to fill it so it never fully fluffs up. Tried everything to fluff it back up - even put it in the dryer with some tennis balls. Won't work at all, returning.

You could easily use this 16x20 in a 16x20 case.
It's 16x20, not your usual pillow size.
I followed the size guide provided by the manufacturer, and purchased an 18x18 insert for my 17x17 pillow cover.

Might not be able to tell from one of my two photos but there is a before after and new insert is like brand new expensive designer store pillow again with my neato artsy pillow covers
