The pillow is soft yet firm. It supports your lumbar. Good value, at a decent price. From now on these are the pillows i'm going to purchase.

The pillow is not firm (it is flimsy feeling with whatever they padded it with inside - it needs more of it). Was way too soft to fill it out. Flat and lumpy. Stuffing falls apart and becomes flat and shapeless after 2 months.
