These gel pens are great. The colors are vivid and the glitter really shines. I'm very picky and these pens i'd give a 10/10!

Each pen comes with a refill again as stated. I also like the way the numbered refill packages match the pen packs.
Cons
Many of the pens are so dry that the ink will not flow out of the tip. Not all caps stay securely on pens. The color of the caps, and of the ink you see aren’t true to the color that comes out.
They also aren't very glittery, some are, but not as much as you’d expect for purposely buying an all glitter pack. I am a gel pen fanatic and i use several different brands that are much better quality then these shuttle art glitter pens.
Pens are very scratchy. They are either dried or old. When they work, they are just frustrating.

They are the best performing pens i've ever used, and i put my reputation on that!
I will try to stay with shuttle art from this point forward because every time i try something new, the pens are terrible.

The only problem is that pens with plenty of ink may stop coloring

Just unscrew pen tip pull out ink cartridge blow once on the open end reinsert cartridge screw tip back on and give the pen a couple of shakes

However the refills are only numbered on the bags and i wish they would number them on each pen which would make it so much easier
