This is the kind you put on when doing deadlifts for 405 for reps or trying to get 20 reps of chinups

Generally at class and on a stage they use rosin on the floor but i took a chance that this would work

The notsogoodfirst their pic looks like this is a bag of powder but in fact was a bag of some powder but mostly chunks to be broken down
