Pros

Stand remains sturdy. It's easy to run a cable up it with three or four twisty ties. Back in the day when we had the gooseneck for the car stereo systems very sturdy you could bend as you wanted.

It's better than a suction-held stand that always falls off. It even has metallic fabric bands as show in pictures. The sparkly bands are a bit much, but even they do the job they need to do.

Cons

Mine is now unusable. Overall very dissatisfied. Disappointing performance.

Everything on this is flimsy and weak. The light ring cover pops off at random times. The part that * onto the desk is too weak to hold onto anything i've tried it on. It's slippery, too.
