These come with everything you need and then some they even come with teflon tape though i dont why or where you would use that with these

The 3434 end accepts any garden hose female connection again use a regular garden hose rubber gasket

Do make sure you check your ibc tote to ensure whether you need the fine or course thread adapter before ordering
