Pros

It's for a guest bedroom & hasn't been used yet, but so far it looks great. Fluffy, a great insert. Perfectly fills out a 20x30 sham.

Cons

The pillow is not firm (it is flimsy feeling with whatever they padded it with inside - it needs more of it). The item arrives with balls of cotton all over. Flat and lumpy. Stuffing falls apart and becomes flat and shapeless after 2 months.

This one is poorly made cheap, dry, thin. The covering feels cheap as well. Way overpriced. Do not recommend.

Pillow is not even close to 14x36. Not fully stuffed so could probably fit in a 12x12 inch or smaller. Perhaps the other sizes are sturdier.

That's where the good news ends. Very unhappy.
