This is a must have if you are remodeling your house! Sits great under drywall mud and/or paint. It sands beautifully, though you should wait a bit longer to sand it.
The odor dissipates in a few minutes, unlike with oil-based primers that smell for days. It does dry quickly & the odor disappears.

Cons
The coverage is so thin and the consistency so watery that i've gone through an entire pint for four cabinets. Oh and it smells awful. Disliked this and am returning the other 5 gallons.

I'll just tell you the things i like about this product.
The product came wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap inside a box, but the can was still dented and damaged.
Hard for me to place blame for that, but speaking to the quality of the product in the can, top notch!

We had stains both liquid and animal uribe on or subfloor we tried the kilz 2 stain block but after three coats we had to find an alternative

No second was needed and after a it dried you couldnt smell any of the dog or cat urine which is great if you want to prevent a dog from urinating there again

The mixture stinks and drips so you need good ventilation and plenty of dropcloths
