The hinge binds when closing. Almost ripped my screws out of my cabinet when attempting to close. The screw almost ripped off.

This was used on a cabinet that has been placed outdoors and subjected to the elements

And they havent shown signs of rusting or any deterioration where its attached to the cabinet
