Led lights give out a bit more light than the florescent tubes i had previously in place. Easy enough to install into a standard 2x4 grid. Replaced old fluorescent ceiling light fixtures with these led light within 20 minutes.

Unfortunately after 4 months, one of the lights has failed.
It got minimal use as it was installed in my laundry room.

I still have to install a 010v dimmer but i dont foresee a problem there
