Shipping
It took about two weeks to get the right one and i love it!
I relayed that to seller who sent another shipment which was delivered.
It must of got dented from delivery.
I received my treadmill in 2 days.
Packaging/appearance
I already threw away box so they said they would send a replacement first so then i could send it back in that box.
A screw did fall out when we opened the box but we cannot figure out where it belongs.
It was delivered in a damaged box by fed ex which was acknowledged by the driver as he helped open it & insured it wasn't broken.
