This cable is light and flexible and plugged in securely to my aux rca inputs. Connecting it to the adapter felt equally tight and secure. Braided cable, metal connections.

I'm no expert but these definately beat the rubber coated ones my cat likes to eat. The quality and workmanship is excellent. Wow, very impressed with the quality of these.
