Pros
It is very easy to install the apple watch charger and assemble the whole unit. The only thing i would change is the initial angle at which the watch charging station comes in as shipped.
It's small and compact and can charge my airpods, iphone and apple watch. I like the fast charging and the single cord that handles all the internal usb cables.
The charging station makes our nightstand look really sleek and organized. Nothing slides around, no overheating, and no fumbling for things in the dark.
Cons

Android cables are too thicc so the phone ends up balancing just on the charger
