I have been applying this product twice a day first thing in the morning and then at night before going to bed the only thing that i would say, from my experience, is you do feel the product does make your face feel a bit warmer until it dries, but that hass to due to the fact that this product enhances blood flow to the face to enhance hair growth, but overall this product does work you just have to be consistent with it.  Read Less
