It is in fact the 34en34 pin aka 34rst34 and resets the module if grounded

Worse many programming guides show a hook up to a standard usb serial converter using this pin as the ground reference which will not work because it is in fact at 3

As long as you leave the gndr pin disconnected and ground your serial converter on one of the two other gnd pins things will work fine for you

But this is certainly a trap for the unwary and might make these modules incompatible with 3rd party users of these modules which might ground pin 1
