They work equally well with my two full size (9-1/2 x 6) bibles and my smaller bcp. They are inexpensive, and you can use them in any book. The only con is they are wide and will not fit the spine of thinner books or bibles.
Cons
These ribbons barely reach the end of a common size bible. They need to be about 4 inches longer. Does not fit in any of my scriptures.

They are just a little short of optimal for my bible but for slightly smaller bibles it would be perfect
