Pros

Three hole punchers in a pack are a great deal. They make the cutest confetti that you can reuse. Work perfectly for punching my business cards.

These have a really, really long reach, which makes it amazingly fast.

Grip and ergonomics are comfortable and their mechanism is very sturdy. Action is very easy to leverage, and the handles are soft. They are a fairly wide grip, so if you have small or arthritic hands, it might not feel as good.

Cons

These are extremely difficult to use. They definitely cannot be used with laminated paper. It’s just the punches that are utterly useless. They barely hole punch through card stock.
