I'm grateful that they took the initiative to rectify my situation because it builds trust in companies that you purchase from. It works fine once assembled.
Been dreaming of this rack for years and happy to finally have one. The quality is great, very sturdy, easy to put together. It's durable to use for the 5 gallon bottles.
It has four adjustable threaded legs that could be used to adapt to any surface imperfection. Comes with an anchor so that it doesn't tip over. The stand has a little wobble, but seams to be robust enough for what it's designed for.
Three-tier design and sturdy construction provide ample storage space for 5-gallon water *. I use 3-gallons bottles and they fit nicely in this bottle holder.

I will say the assembly was a bit difficult bc the screw holes are a bit 34off34 takes some force to get it right

Many thanksinitial post i can put almost anything together this thing wouldnt align with the screws and some of the screw holes didnt work
