Pros & Cons
Pros
I have an anchor, but in a tight space i often find myself bumping into the metal casting and cutting myself. The coating is durable and helps protect against accidental bumps and cuts.
For those on a budget, this option offers excellent value. Provides reliable performance at an affordable price.
Light enough that it doesn't throw off my balance in my kayak or canoe.
Anchor comes with a anchor shackle so just add chain and rope stow in your boat and away you go. The same company also sells anchor ropes which have a built-in eyelet that would work very well.

Shipping
My only real regret is that i did not get this sooner.
Competitiveness
The equivalent at the boat and fishing stores is more expensive and doesn't come with a shackle.

The issue with some of these anchors is they either get snagged or they arent heavy enough to keep you in place on a kayak in the river

I havent been snagged bringing this up yet and i also havent had issues with the river current pulling me despite the anchor like i have before

I imagine it also would work equally well on any craft under the same weight

It is not hard to dislodge when bringing it back up
