Doesn’t look like can hold the christmas lights weight on the ceiling or side walls

The hooks work great and they are very adhesive but don’t make the same mistake as i did and don’t stick them to the wall… they just peel the paint so i would say to follow their instruction and use them on the recommended surfaces like wood which isn’t damaged after
