Pros

This is great for a classroom or for someone with a large caseload. I'm not worried my students will rip the pockets! I use this as mailboxes for my students with 30 pockets.

Cons

The depth of each pocket is not deep enough to insert a file folder and have the slot for the name to be 100% visible. There is no way to determine the depth of the pocket.
