Pros

This one is a keeper. Everything is sturdy and well-made. The accessories are all rather nice.

The roller has lots of nooks that allows it to hit spots deeper then a leveled foam roller. Aside from it being an occassionally unquiet experience, would recommend.

Cons

It's a great idea, but if the caps don't stay on the whole point of the storage is mute. The massager points do not seem to be any more beneficial than a flat roller. With in 10 minutes of recommended work out, the whole end cap pops out and the rolle... Read More

The foam is only 1 thick and has zero compression. Because of this it essentially renders it useless as it will deform and not provide any support.

Missing 1 of 5 pieces. The roller balls included are useful but you can get those in any bundle of this type.
