Pros
Product works well for tense back muscles. It is good for releasing the back muscle. I live a very active lifestyle from exercising every morning. This thing relieves lower back pain like nothing i've ever used before.
Using the foam roller, literally, rolls the knots and pain away. I prefer the surface is little soft in order to roll smoothly. Used for lower back tension and fixed my back issue.
Cons
It's smaller than i anticipated. Not very sturdy.

I had a basic hard foam roller that was smooth with no nubs on it and it wasnt really doing the job
