It works well on the tightness in my legs and so far has been very sturdy.
I bought this because i've gone through two foam rollers that broke due to shoddy manufacturing, not my body weight (i'm only 165 lbs.
After a long work day on my feet cutting/dyeing hair i feel very crunchy.

Reasonably priced and helped with sore muscles
Good product, however expensive for what it is.

I have purchased cheaper options in the past but this one is much better !

It doesnt make the experience less painful due to the firm nubs but when you are done you are able to move without the soreness

I bought it because of my sore lower back but when i played on it the hard knows dug into my back so its not comfortable

It does require a lot of effort to roll on it by yourself but provides a good workout itself

While the construction is good the outside is soft foam so when i use it i dont even feel the bumps and contours it has
