Product is good just a bit over priced. Very lightweight, easy to travel with. This has a solid core so it's very sturdy.

Was a great gift idea. Wish it was a bit bigger. Made a significant difference right away. Glad to have it.

Cons

If you want rumble massage, you have to work it in tiny sections because the bumps only cover 1/3 of it. It is to stiff to work for me.

I bought this because i've gone through two foam rollers that broke due to shoddy manufacturing, not my body weight (i'm only 165 lbs.
