The length and width are perfect and it is sturdy enough to get out my tough knots. The ridges help with deeper rolling as opposed to a standard foam roller. It also has a spine groove in the center which is great so you can roll over your whole back.... Read More

It helps activate my muscles before my workouts and relaxes them afterwards. Helps a lot with my muscle soreness post workout. Works really well for releasing fascia.

Long roller hits all the spots, not heavy yet still sturdy. It's very sturdy and doesn't have the squishiness like my other foam rollers. I'm a lean person, but it appears to be sturdy and hard enough to still work on deep tissue if you're heavier.

Too small. Maybe this is not for pregnancy?
