It is very firm. Compact, sturdy and looks good. Much nicer than expected for such a low cost.

I'm glad i found it and hopefully it lasts. I am totally amazed at how well it works. This is not as good as a massage but it definitely does the trick!

Spine channels works well, or use on one side at a time. Provides a much improved relief with the ridges and the spinal indentation. The lt band is still useful for certain tasks (lt band), but for back relief, this is the way to go.

High density is so firm it hurts your body due to absolutely "no give" or no flexibility. This one is too firm and hurts my hamstrings. Not sturdy enough. It's more painful than the actual injury.
