Pros

Very dense, high-quality foam unlike other foam rollers with a smooth rather than porous surface. Seems very sturdy, and is a good size to toss in the car if you need to take it with you.

It cracks my back like i went to a chiropractor. The massaging effect is quite noticeable.

The backchannel design protects the spine from pressure points. The groove in the middle is really nice for getting the muscles next to my spine. Perfect for soothing tight, stressed back and leg muscles.

Cons

This one is too firm and hurts my hamstrings. Does not roll well on carpeted floor. Made of cheap materials.
