Pros & Cons
Pros
Compact, sturdy and looks good. Much nicer than expected for such a low cost. The groves help get other areas on the back and legs to ensure you roll slowly.
I'm glad i found it and hopefully it lasts. I am totally amazed at how well it works. This is not as good as a massage but it definitely does the trick!

The slight pain is worth it though because i feel so much looser in the upper back area. I get about 5 nice satisfying cracks out of my back every time. The spinal canal is great though and does crack your back.
Cons
High density is so firm it hurts your body due to absolutely "no give" or no flexibility. This one is too firm and hurts my hamstrings. Not sturdy enough. It's more painful than the actual injury.

Getting in the correct position and slowly using it work a lot better than getting a quick rough session where you plop down on it and then do a situp to get off

This one works just as well avoids any pressure directly to your spine as you roll on it
