My only concern hence 4 stars instead of 5 is that the roller squeezes down a bit when i put my weight 150 lbs on it as in if i lay down and put the roller under my backbuttlegswhatever and the end caps pop off

There is zero give to this roller so if you are expecting a squishy roller this is not the one for you

The inside is hollow for storage

Do not worry about the hollow storage space making this a less sturdy roller if you are familiar with foam rollers you will know that plenty of rollers are not solid
