Pros

The next morning i already could stand better, sciatica is still an issue but not as bad now. It loosens facia and muscles, works out knots, calms anything angry. Has grippers for massaging as you roll.

The roller is pretty sturdy with a softer outer layer. It's sturdy if a bit small, and lightweight. Can be easily packed into a duffle bag.

Cons

The foam core wears down, disintegrates from the center, causing the center of the roller to flatten and become useless. No instructions anywhere on that. It's a bummer because it's so pretty looking! Can’t use it.

The material is such a hard plastic that it hurts my back to use it. But just laying on this hurt. More painful the next day and found bruises on my back.

It’s very durable and will obviously take great weight put on it as i’m 250lbs.

I had one of the toughest workouts on my leg day and i could barely walk to hold myself up so i was looking for anything that could help.

First time using it as a beginner i only rolled back and forth 4 times on my side thigh which is tight.
