I loaded my pictures on a micro sd card and inserted it into the port and the software was able to import all of my pictures but only some of the videos

It gave an error saying that some would not play properly which i get but an update down the road might be to specify which ones so i could port them to a different format

I live in an area where the power does go out from time to time so the idea that it will never be powered off accidentally is a little ridiculous

I dont know but the frameo folks had no real help turn it on and off change the power cord and do a hard reset on the frame
