The pack comes with pretty much anything you need for around a 70 person party assuming everyone wants one.
They arrive wrapped in plastic to protect the whiteness of the foam.

The glow sticks have an onoff switch

The onoff button is a clear color and not easily seen on the bottom of the stick but to turn it on you simply press the clear button in

Pushing the button in 1 3 times is supposed to change the flashing pattern and a fourth click will turn it off
