Pros

The heater tube takes some hand tools and some careful twisting to remove. Installs from the front, 4 screws; 2 wires to disconnect. Replacement coil is the exact size and shape as the original.

I hope it lasts for years. Saved many dollars by doing it myself. Very pleased with our purchase.

Cons

Lasted 8 months. Burnt out in less than 60 days. Only lasted five months. Photo shows a break where the element melted.

Buy american. The connector * is not oem specific. Having this connector broken is a hazard for this part. Going back to oe replacement parts.
