The stories are good but they seem like outlines for epic adventures

And although my children are too young to write 5 and 2 perhaps these tales will inspire slightly older young minds to flesh out the missing parts and write the adventure part of the tale or at least to encourage discussions about what form those adventures may have taken

The short stories take very little time to read which is good for just before bedtime

The stories have fairly similar themes of adventure magic enchanted worlds uplifting ending which works for some children but reading one story a day may get monotonous so alternating between this and some other books would probably work for others
