Pros

Easy to install, thanks for the 2 included screwdrivers. Installed easily (used yt video). It comes with the instructions manual. Two screwdrivers are included.

The whole time used with a proper charger, and not excessively charged. I always use high brightness and still the battery life is around 5hrs.

No issues fitting in the new battery in my inspiron laptop. I have another identical dell inspiron 13 that had a swollen battery that also needed replaced.

I appreciate the seller reaching out and making sure the battery i purchased was good. The battery quality seems good.

All as advertised. Well packaged. Decent battery life. No issues whatsoever.

Cons

The laptop lasted less than three months. The battery is so bulgy right now that mouth pad cannot be clicked!

Although it's generic and has no branding on it, it's basically the same battery.

We were unable to purchase from dell and this was the alternative.
