Pros & Cons
Pros
It sticks well and it doesn't clog. It has a gorgeous satin finish that really lets you see the details even though it's black. The only color we are disappointed with is the beige, which we don't think is beige.
It prints smooth and has great adhesion. It prints very similar to my pricier esun pla+. It is sheer enough that you could probably see through thinner prints, but i printed a skull dice tower with this.
The jayo pla+ just works. As far as an everyday filament, this jayo is as good as anything i’ve used. This 1. Pla| ve| is an amazing deal.
Filament seems wound well, and is consistent. No problems with clogging or consistency with almost 1 kg down. Works well at 220 nozzle and 75 bed temps at 5000’ elevation low humidity environment.
The roll is perfectly spooled with zero crossovers. No spool/winding issues. Minimal stringing and good at bridging. See the photo of the box with the honeycomb grid.
Cons
Wasted 40 hours trying to print thors hammer for halloween costume. It’s binding in my capricorn tubing from dryer box to mosquito hot end causing print issues. The first picture is what's left of a day and material wasted!
Extremely disappointed. Can not recommend this brand. This stuff garbage. Don't waste your money, buy esun for a couple bucks more.
Highlights
Quality
Very pleased with the quality and price of this filament and will most likely order again as long as the price stays low.
What's great:- economical- quality printoverall this filament produced great 3d prints including this desk organizer (black filament).
Price
The price is the lowest i've ever purchased pla for.
Competitiveness
It prints very similar to my pricier esun pla+.
I’ve had polymaker esun hatch box and many more.
I dried it for 3 hours at 50c with my sunlu filament dryer.
I print at 210c 60c with my anycubic kobra and had zero stringing ever since i dried it.
