I ran into some issues because i wasn’t too knowledgeable with 3d printers so i contacted sunlu and their customer service was lightning fast and they really came thru go to their instagram account also they have deals and show upcoming products

The only other complaint i had was the hot glue around the onoff switch and power plug and the wires into the xyz stops is very uneven and bulky

I do have a few minor complaints the printer is no where near as quiet as my previous printer but it functions 10x better
