You cannot draw in the air but this is my first 3d pen so i do not know if its the pen or the heatfilament type or if that is even a real thing

It does its job and the low temp is great for younger kids it does not have a battery as far as i can tell so you need to use it plugged into its usb and the one they give you is not overly long but that is here or there
