Update: the new kit arrived and as all pieces were there and in good condition it still splintered coming out of the boards.

First 2 pieces popped out good then they got very difficult to pop out and came out splintered or a piece of the board came with it

I have contacted the manufacturer of this one and they are sending out a new kit to try to make it right but i am worried it will turn out the same splintered dry wood

A replacement product was offered and when heard that i was having trouble with the replacement as well a partial refund was offered

You will have to wiggle some pcs together don’t force it
